Meet the Team

Our unique “team building” approach offers a tremendous amount of flexibility and creativity as well as competitive pricing.   We have a core team of marketing professionals with proven experience to help your organization succeed.  Our professionals are located throughout the U.S. and are brought into projects only when they are needed so clients aren’t paying for people sitting around not working on their account.

Here is just a small sampling of our talented team.

With more than 20 years of experience behind her, Kim established this division of her company because of her passion for helping nonprofit organizations.  She has had the unique experience of sitting on both sides of the desk when it comes to fundraising – as the corporate manager deciding which organizations would receive funds and as a member of several organizations seeking to raise funds – giving her the perspective to understand the challenges faced by most nonprofits.

As Marketing Manager for TransWestern Publishing, she established the company’s corporate giving program and managed it through the sale of the company more than 12 years later. She is active in the nonprofit world, helping organizations such as San Diego Zoological Society (San Diego Zoo), Saving Horses, Inc., Law Emerald Society, Cal Fire Benevolent Fund and Moonridge Animal Park.  She gained agency, in-house and freelance experience before establishing St. Somewhere Holdings, LLC in 2009.  The agency has grown to three primary divisions: which helps nonprofit organizations reach their mission and goals; which supports small to medium size businesses with their traditional, grassroots and online marketing; and which assists authors and publishers with their marketing and publicity needs.  She holds a B.A. from the University of San Diego.

Dawn Lewandowski, Graphic Designer
Dawn Lewandowski has been a graphic designer for nearly 30 years. She possesses a wealth of technical skills and knowledge due to her many years employed in various prepress departments. Her finely-tuned design skills were acquired through exposure to various collateral pieces from some of the nation’s Fortune 500 and her freelance business. She was a pioneer in the production of digitally-produced graphics which earned her several long-term clients in industries ranging from motorized sports to retail stores and hotel chains. She has built a reputation for clean, corporate design and specializes in the production of large projects including books, catalogs and business publications. She has produced countless logos, complete packaging designs for nutraceutical and cosmetic companies, and hundreds of postcards, ads, brochures and other advertising collateral. Her expert knowledge even ventures into the realm of oversized and textile printing with billboards, trade show graphics, menu boards and t-shirts. Dawn has dabbled in web design as well, producing her first website in 1999 which was completely hand-coded. Her ability to think outside the box was employed here as well, utilizing basic html commands in such a way that outlined graphics and type, joining the data in ways that web-design programs can’t begin to duplicate.

Sherri Yarbrough, Editor and Researcher
Sherri Yarbrough credits growing up in a family of educators as having given her a love for learning early on and what Sherri loved learning more than anything were words. A voracious reader, Sherri began her career as an administrative professional as an enlisted Marine assigned to the officers’ company at the Headquarters Battalion in Washington DC. This prestigious assignment, earned by graduating at the top of her class in Admin School, not only afforded her the opportunity to work with top-ranking officers stationed in the D.C. area but also prepared her for a successful decade-long career working with top level executives in the corporate sector. As a result, Sherri garnered significant administrative experience in channels as varied as sales, marketing, IT, construction, engineering as well as translation and localization.

Upon returning to the University of Texas at Austin to complete her undergraduate degree, Sherri parlayed her administrative expertise, knowledge of various channels and entrepreneurial spirit into establishing herself as a highly reputable freelance transcriptionist and virtual assistant, where she has continued her lifelong love of learning through the acquisition of a wide variety of clients with an even wider variety of interests.
